Avoid this place. We left early because of a serious health and safety problem, and the photos speak for themselves. We had bad rashes for a week, even after we got home. The host had told us to use only water in the jacuzzi, which seemed reasonable. After showering, we tried to use it following a cold, tiring day, and the experience completely ruined our time in Belgrade. We contacted the host about what happened. She said she was stressed and that her apartments mattered to her. She also claimed this was the first jacuzzi complaint, but looking at reviews on different platforms, I believe there are many photos and complaints about it, so that was another complete lie. When we asked for help, she said, "Well I'm not a dermatologist." That was no help when we were dealing with a health issue in a country we'd never visited. After we left early and asked for a full refund, she suggested maybe we'd just put hot water in it, as if she couldn't see the floating particles and dirt. Leaving two people without help over a health issue in a foreign country is inhumane at best. I don't know what else to say. There were spider webs on the walls when we arrived. We found three, though maybe you'll be luckier and find more. When we contacted booking.com for a full refund, she offered hush money for the two nights we'd stayed if we agreed not to leave any review. We returned it and said we'd post our review with all our evidence. Then she tried to intimidate us, saying things like, "You know I will respond to you too." How was that supposed to scare us? She also takes photos of everyone's passports. And booking.com didn't help at all, so you'll lose your money at this dirty place.
