We’re staying here from December 4, 2025, to December 8, 2025. The location and rooms are quite good, but it’s cold outside and our room’s air conditioning isn’t working properly, so we’re cold indoors too. We told the management, but nothing has been done. We don’t want to get sick and hope someone will help. Worst of all, we can’t even shower. I hope they fix this so we can leave happy.

We had a great two days in central Belgrade. The rooms were clean, the internet was super fast, and there was coffee, a kitchen, and a fridge. Communication was great and the service excellent. We’ll definitely be back.

The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, on the second floor, and the location in the city centre was perfect. I paid for breakfast, but many of the options weren’t available, which was disappointing.

The location made it easy to get around Belgrade on foot, with restaurants, coffee shops, and bars close by. My room was spacious, very clean, modern, and comfortable. The reservation team was professional and quick to reply, and sent all the details I needed before arrival. Even though I got there after reception had closed, their instructions made check-in easy. I had a smooth stay and would gladly return to Black Gallo Residences.

During my one-day stay, the same group of people opened my hotel room door twice. The hotel gave me no explanation, and I’m prepared to call the police. I don’t feel there’s any guarantee of security here. Be aware that anyone may be able to open your door.
