Bukoleon Apartment

The friendly hosts made a good place even better. The apartment is spacious and well equipped, with comfortable furniture, right in central Old Town Belgrade. The famous Skadarlia pedestrian street, with its charming decor, restaurants and cafes, is just behind it. Republic Square is a two-minute walk away.

We were traveling to Belgrade as a family for the first time and needed somewhere comfortable for four people. After we booked Bukoleon, Tina sent a warm message and was polite in every exchange before we arrived. She explained airport transport options and prices, then met us at the home with her wife to hand over the keys. They were both very polite. Tina also walked us through the whole city on a map and pointed out what we needed to know. The house was immaculate, honestly cleaner than a hotel, and there were backups of everything. It has internet and air conditioning, and even during our January holiday we never felt cold. The location is perfect, and we explored the whole city on foot. Tina always replied to our messages and never turned us down. She’s very kind. I hope she meets people like her. Thanks!

The hosts were incredible, sweet and helpful from start to finish. They explained the apartment and what to see around Belgrade, and stayed reachable on WhatsApp/Viber. They helped us find a SIM card, taxi, bus routes, boat ride booking, forex locations and prices. On our last day they even printed our flight tickets, booked cabs and helped load luggage at 4am. There’s not much more anyone could ask of a host. The apartment is two minutes from Republic Square, right downtown, and is ideal for 3-5 adults. It has two queen beds, a single bed, a full kitchen with stove, oven and dishwasher, a huge dining table, two TVs, decent WiFi and an AC in the living room that cooled the whole house adequately in summer. I’d highly recommend it. One thing to keep in mind: it may not suit someone physically handicapped because there’s a staircase.

The owners were kind and helpful, explained what we needed for sightseeing and helped us park our cars. The apartment is in the center, very clean and has everything you need. It’s wonderful, I recommend it!
