We spent New Year's at Central Business Apartments. It was lovely and clean, and the host was very polite.

The worst stay I've had. He ignored my calls on arrival, then eventually sent check-in directions that made me cancel. I got a refund, but two days later he charged me again. Watch out, this feels like a scam.
