A lovely view, a spotless room, friendly staff and a tasty breakfast. We were treated really well. Thank you, Central Point.

Thankfully, another member of staff eventually answered and was very kind. Before that, I called to ask whether there was a self-service laundry room, since I’d seen it mentioned when booking. The receptionist told me to email because he had lots of work, then hung up. When I called back and said it was a simple yes-or-no question, he still wouldn’t answer or even give me his name. It was super rude and unprofessional, and it really put me in a bad mood. If he doesn’t want to do the job, he should quit and stay home.

Mrs. Jovana was the person who made our business trip go smoothly. She managed rooms for 11 colleagues with different flight times, arranged early check-ins and late check-outs, and adjusted plans when flights were cancelled or missed. She took care of every detail, was warm and professional, and was always available to make sure we had what we needed. The hotel was spotless, with modern, comfortable rooms, good food and a relaxing atmosphere. We’re grateful for Mrs. Jovana’s dedication and will definitely come back. Highly recommend for work or leisure.

We enjoyed our stay and would be happy to return. The interior was nice, the rooms clean, and breakfast good. There was parking, the price was reasonable, and the old town was about a 10-minute walk away.
