I stayed at City Break hostel for a week in June 2012, and it had everything to feel like home. It’s not very big, but I could still find my own space. It was quiet, cozy, sunny, and very clean. The hostel is new and well designed, and I loved the lounge with its big couch and TV. The receptionist guy was friendly and very helpful. He used to be a tourist guide, so you can ask him for special advice :) I’ve stayed in several hostels in Belgrade, but I’m coming back to this one. I need to stay for a week at the end of summer on my way home. I really can’t think of anything bad to say about it. P.S. I even suggested it to friends on my FB page :)

The owner was really friendly and ready to help. He speaks English well and helped me find the best places in the city. The hostel was comfortable, with great access to the city center and public transportation. Just keep in mind it’s on the 7th floor, with no elevator.

It’s less than a mile from the Faculty of Law and a beautiful park, and near the Metropolitan (Hotel /) conference place. The hostel is clean, has great prices, and is a good choice whenever you need to visit this part of Belgrade. The staff (Jeca&Peca) are awesome, real examples of good hosts and friends. I’ve stayed here again and look forward to coming back to City Break Hostel next time. P. S. Staff like Burek, and you should try it too ;)

The staff were really friendly, and we had drinks and a night-out party with other guests from Brazil and Peru. This hostel is well worth a stay :) I’d love to recommend it if you’re planning to visit Beograd!

A small, cozy hostel with friendly staff. There’s one bathroom for each gender. I would’ve liked air conditioning in the room. Just a heads-up, it’s on the 6th floor with no elevator.
