Stefan on the night shift was absolutely amazing, a funny, welcoming guy who's clearly dedicated to his job. Meeting him was such a pleasure, and I wish him good luck! Maria was the same. The hotel itself is nice and well located. I'll definitely come back on my next adventure in Belgrade.

Stefan at reception really made my stay memorable. He was warm, professional, and went out of his way to help, whether with directions, local recommendations, or a friendly greeting. The hotel is well maintained, with stylish decor and spotless rooms, and it's close to the city center while still quiet enough for a good night's sleep. Everything was arranged for comfort and convenience from the moment I arrived. City Joy Hotel has a cozy, modern feel, and I'd highly recommend it to anyone visiting Belgrade. Stefan is a real asset to the team!

I liked the staff during my three-night stay, and the location was convenient. The air conditioning worked well, but some facilities were poorly maintained: there was hair and dirt on the bedsheets, and the ledge was broken. The gym and pool are on different floors, and using them costs extra. At checkout, a staff member mistakenly charged me for minibar whiskey I hadn't had. She acknowledged the mistake but said she couldn't refund it before 7 AM because she didn't know the POS machine password. She said someone on a later shift would sort it out. More than a month and several emails later, despite promises to refund me, I still haven't got my money back. The follow-up service has been very disappointing.

I used the spa, which was included in the price, and the good saunas and pool really helped me relax after a long walk. I recommend it! The hotel is small, cozy, quiet, and comfortable, with friendly, helpful staff and polite cleaners. The room had enough space for two, and all the devices worked. Everything was great! 👍🏻
