The suites were spotless and really comfortable, and the location couldn't have been better. I'd gladly recommend them for a short visit.

The whole experience felt unsafe and completely out of hand. We eventually left and checked into the first hotel across the road that seemed safe and normal. We'd booked Eden Garden Suites because Eden Luxury Suites was full. Before arriving, I messaged about our ETA and was told that after 21:30 we'd check in at the nearby Eden Luxury Suites branch, just a short walk away. When we got there, the elevator was broken and someone was trapped inside, calling for help. The building also had a nightclub. Getting to the guest area meant going through several dark floors with broken lights, though the guest area itself was better decorated. There was already a guest waiting at reception, but no staff. A few minutes later a receptionist arrived and started blaming us for the person in the elevator instead of helping us. For 45 minutes he insulted us, said we were late despite our following the instructions, and refused to check us in. He said he had cancer and diabetes and that we were harming him by not agreeing to come back the next day to apologize to the woman trapped in the elevator. He also threatened to report us to the tourism ministry for being “difficult guests.” He eventually gave us the keys, but insisted on cash and wouldn't let us pay in the morning, even though it was 1:30 AM. His aggression got to the point where I felt genuinely unsafe and started recording. He noticed and made me delete the videos. As we left, he followed us, saying, “there are drunk people outside, you can stay,” and reached for my luggage. Maybe he meant to help, but by then I couldn't take any more of it. One of the strangest and most disturbing travel experiences I've had. I can't recommend it.

The rooms looked old and weren't clean enough, and the way payment was handled made the stay feel deeply disrespectful. They only accepted cash, which wasn't stated during booking. When I didn't have enough cash, the receptionist told me to get some from a bank ATM without suggesting any other option. The hotel said it had sent a message about cash-only payment, but guests shouldn't have to read booking messages in detail to learn that. This place feels stuck in another century. Think twice before booking.

The location was the one good part. I checked in without trouble for three nights, but with reception closed I had to leave my luggage at another hotel six minutes away and collect it later. The room was much older than the photos suggested. Its carpet was heavily stained, and the bathroom furniture had swollen from water damage. My window looked onto an apartment shaft, which didn't bother me much, but the privacy and service issues did. There was no “Do Not Disturb” sign in the room on either of the first two days. After someone entered on the first day, I messaged reception at the number they had provided and clearly asked for no housekeeping. They went in again anyway. I sent another message to warn them, and they apologized. It was inconvenient, though I tried to be understanding. On checkout day, around 10:30 AM, nobody was at reception, so I followed their instructions and messaged. They told me to leave my things by the desk and put the key on the table. I did that but accidentally forgot the key. Around 1:00 PM, I got a very harsh call demanding that I bring it back at once because they “couldn't wait.” When I returned, the owner was rude, insulted me, and tried to start an argument. I calmly said I also work in hospitality and found that behavior completely inappropriate. They mocked me and tried to humiliate me instead of apologizing. As someone in the same industry, I find it unprofessional and unacceptable. I strongly discourage staying here.

The beds were super comfortable at both branches, and the rooms looked just like the booking app photos. Everything was really clean, too. The front desk staff were efficient, pleasant, and helpful. They even let me move to a room at their better located branch after a minor glitch. Both branches are within walking distance of everything downtown. I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the center.
