The breakfast lady deserves a special mention. She was so kind, caring, and attentive to the little details. The whole staff treated me with warmth and were always helpful, which made me feel welcome throughout my stay. I had a wonderful time here and would gladly return. I’d recommend the hotel.

We were in Belgrade with our team for the equestrian competitions in Kovilovo, the Danube Champions Tour – CSI2*-W, CSI1*, CSIYH1* and CSIAm-A. Being close to both the airport and the city center made transfers easy and quick, and we were delighted we chose this hotel. The rooms and facilities were spotless. Whenever a small problem came up, the staff sorted it out immediately and professionally. Their kindness and willingness to help went well beyond any minor inconvenience. From the start they made us feel at home, always smiling but also very discreet. They showed us such genuine warmth as Greek visitors, which made the stay even more special. We’re grateful to every staff member, and truly grew fond of them all. We left with the best impressions and will definitely choose this hotel again when we return to Belgrade. Serbia and its people won our hearts with their kindness and hospitality.

The place was lovely and friendly, and I had a great time. There’s a bus stop right beside the hotel, so it’s well connected. The nearby Petrol station also gave me a voucher for a free machine car wash.

The staff are consistently friendly and attentive, and breakfast is generous. The room cleaning could be neater. The laundry team were always friendly and attentive as well, but they need to take more care. The last time I used the service, some clothes were damaged, probably after being mixed with other items that stained them.
