Avoid this place. We were left outside the hotel at 2 a.m. We'd told Fera Hotel we'd check in late, and they sent us instructions for self-check-in, but our room key wasn't there when we arrived. After half an hour of unanswered calls, they started messaging us on WhatsApp and said that if the key was missing, they'd given our room to another guest. They didn't call back, help us find another hotel, or come to reception. We ended up walking until 3 a.m. and trying two other hotels to find somewhere to sleep.

The place is new, clean, and well organized. The location worked well too, and the person at reception who welcomed us was pleasant and helpful.

We were three people staying for 4 nights in December. The location was very good, but the room wasn't warm enough even with the heat and AC set to 28 degrees. On our first night it smelled of smoke, and there was a cigarette butt on the table that definitely wasn't ours. The entrance kept smelling of smoke for the rest of the stay, and it unfortunately reached our room too. One morning, the hot water stopped while I was showering. The receptionist said to wait and that it should return. It did come back after a couple of hours, but with 0 degrees outside and plans and reservations to get to, that was a really unpleasant experience.

The courtyard kept things nice and quiet, and the hotel sits in a residential area with lots of cafes and cute restaurants. It's about a 5 minute walk to the main tourist street and its shops. We had a lovely, spacious room, a super comfortable bed, cold AC, and a powerful shower with hot water. We stayed four nights in July 2025 and would happily come back. We arrived very late, but the hotel explained check-in clearly and arranged an airport taxi so we wouldn't get scammed. The curtains weren't very thick, so we wished we'd brought eye masks, haha. Sometimes cigarette smoke from people by the doorway or in the courtyard drifted into our room. People smoke everywhere in Serbia, so we just had to get used to it.
