H41 Luxury Suites Hotel

Noise from the room above seriously disrupted my sleep. I contacted the front desk, but they didn't resolve it effectively. After my stay, the hotel said the noise was beyond their control and refused financial compensation, offering only a discount for a future visit. I found that response unacceptable. A quiet, comfortable environment is a basic responsibility for a hotel. I wouldn't stay here again or recommend the place.

The location is a little out of the way, but we were prepared to do a lot of walking anyway. The accommodation was perfect, with no complaints, and even better than we expected. I'd definitely recommend this hotel.

The Junior Suite Deluxe was so practical and comfortable, with a bed, bathroom, living room and small kitchen. We loved the place, it was brilliant. Thanks to the blonde lady at reception for being so kind, welcoming and helpful. I also want to apologize for leaving without paying for a minibar bottle of water. I didn't know my wife had drunk it. I'd warmly recommend this superb hotel to anyone wanting a good rest in a great part of Belgrade.

Having on-site parking made traveling by car easy, and I could come and go without worrying about finding a space. The location was peaceful at night, yet close enough to walk to many of Belgrade’s attractions, cafes and restaurants. Inside, the atmosphere felt warm and modern, with thoughtful touches that made it cosy but still sophisticated. The complimentary breakfast had a good range of fresh options and tasted delicious. My room was clean, spacious and comfortable, and the whole hotel was very well kept. From arrival, the staff were polite, kind and ready to help with anything. This stay exceeded my expectations, and I’ll definitely return on my next Belgrade trip, for work or leisure.
