I liked the comfortable beds, tasty room service food, and the friendly, attentive dining room staff. Restaurants are within 15 minutes. But my room didn’t feel clean, and I even did a wipe test. Picture attached. At check-in, the front desk staff didn’t seem friendly or keen to help. The hotel messaged me in the morning saying they’d left a voucher in my room, which made me think the room might be ready when I arrived around noon. I knew the check-in policy, though, and didn’t expect that. I got there at about 12:45. The staff member said check-in was at 2 and the room wasn’t ready, so I said I’d wait in the lobby. Ten minutes later, another staff member arrived. From their conversation, I understood the room was actually ready, but the first person either hadn’t checked or didn’t want me to go in yet. The gentleman told her to let me in, and she eventually did. The front desk gave me the impression they didn’t want to be bothered. Maybe it’s a cultural thing, I’m not sure. There were several other problems. The toilet splashed water out when flushed, and the door handle comes off if you pull hard. The Do Not Disturb sign doesn’t stay on when you open the door, so you can’t prevent someone from entering while you’re out. In-room dining choices are very limited, and the hotel doesn’t let you bring outside food to your room or order delivery. That seems absolutely absurd to me, especially since they can fine you 150 euros. I’ve never seen that elsewhere.

The staff were amazing, and the restaurant was decent too. My apartment was really a suite with everything I needed, including a nice bathroom, a big comfortable room, and an amazing bed. It was very relaxing, spotlessly clean, and looked right out over the river. 100% recommended.

We had a wonderful time in Belgrade and at your hotel. The restaurant staff and administrators were welcoming and friendly, and the rooms stayed clean thanks to the maids. We were a large family, with three rooms for five days: a suite, a double, and a single. Breakfast was delicious, and everything we ate at the restaurant on a couple of evenings was delicious too. Huge respect to the chef! Thank you! 💛💙 P.S. I celebrated my birthday on March 3rd at a restaurant near the hotel. I highly recommend it. 🤗

The bar staff member who served drinks was nice, but this was our least favorite hotel on the trip. Our small room had no air conditioning or soundproofing, and various lights kept flashing during the night. We paid extra for a river-facing room, but it looked out over a couple of 5-6 lane motorways, so it was very noisy. The breakfast selection wasn’t great either. We wouldn’t go back.

The front desk were exceptionally helpful, and the hotel is great value. Rooms are clean and nicely equipped, and the breakfast room is lovely. There’s a good spread too. Ask for an omelette and you get a proper pile of eggs to start the day. They also make an excellent breakfast bag if you need to leave early. Highly recommended.
