The breakfast had plenty of choices and was tasty, and the room was lovely with everything we needed. The spa was also really nice, with a sauna, hammam, and salt room. We spent two nights here and had a wonderful stay, right in central Belgrade with attractions and restaurants within walking distance. A polite, very helpful woman at reception took our luggage before check-in with no fuss. The hotel also surprised me with branded champagne bottles and birthday wishes from the staff. We'd happily stay here again.

Both times I've stayed here, I found a long hair on my breakfast plate. When I pointed it out to the waitresses, nobody apologized. The staff don't seem trained to be welcoming or attentive. On this visit, I was also in a room facing the inner courtyard, where a large bank of outdoor AC units was extremely loud. I was on the third floor and a friend was on the fifth, and neither of us could sleep. Reception was rude and sarcastic when I mentioned it, smiling at me without apologizing or offering to move me. I'm not coming back.
