The rooms were spotless, and everyone on staff was kind and helpful. We stayed one night at a very reasonable price, with continental breakfast included. The hotel is just outside Belgrade, on the way to Bulgaria. It was a great experience, and I’d stay there again if I needed to.

The furniture is new and nice, and the hotel feels safe. Breakfast was about 3.5/5. But it doesn’t feel like a four-star place. The room smelled of cigarettes, the toilet smelled, and the sink was blocked. Reception said they couldn’t do anything about it. Getting to the city center by public transport is very difficult, around an hour and a half. You need a car to visit the center. If I’m looking for a four-star hotel, I wouldn’t choose this one.

The carpet had lots of stains, and the rooms were very dark. We had a confirmed reservation for four days, but hotel staff packed up our belongings without telling us or contacting us beforehand. It caused stress and inconvenience, and reflects very poor management and customer service.

The room was very spacious, parking was ample, and breakfast was tasty. The hotel is away from the city center, along the main road to Belgrade. The car park was full, as it’s a popular place for weddings and other celebrations. There’s a shopping complex across the motorway.
