Hotel & Spa Hanami

On my first day in Belgrade, I got a great impression of the hotel. The staff were all friendly and ready to help, and breakfast and coffee were yummy. The Japanese-inspired design feels both stylish and traditional, and the place was very clean with excellent service.

The staff were such a highlight, especially a lovely blonde woman whose name we unfortunately didn’t get. She made sure we had everything we needed and was incredibly welcoming. Since our flight was early and breakfast only starts at 7:30am, the hotel put together a generous takeaway meal for us before 7am. It had fresh fruit, sandwiches, nuts, and more, and we really appreciated the thought. Our room and the facilities were great too. We had an amazing stay, would absolutely recommend the hotel, and hope to come back. Thank you!

The room was a lovely place to unwind, with warm yellow lighting and a distinctive design that reminded me of a calm, stylish Japanese retreat, though I haven’t visited Japan. The whole hotel felt modern, fresh, and very well cared for. Every corner was spotless, and the reception team were attentive, friendly, and made me feel at home. I’ve stayed at several places in Belgrade, and this is my favorite so far. It feels comfortable for either work or a holiday, and I’m looking forward to returning.

The design is nice and the staff were very helpful, but the noise made it hard to sleep. Street sounds meant I had to shut the window, and the aircon was noisy too, so I left it off. I could even hear my neighbour flushing the toilet. Breakfast was average.
