The rooms were airy and spacious, and very clean. Our view was of the parliament building. The location and cleanliness were excellent. I don’t know why anyone left negative reviews.

We arrived at 4 PM, but the room we’d booked still hadn’t been vacated, and the other rooms were occupied. There was nobody at reception. A staff member kept texting that they were on their way and would arrive in 10 minutes. We waited until 4:30 PM. The person left the room, but the staff member still didn’t show up, and the room wasn’t clean. We couldn’t stay in those conditions. Our app reservation had no cancellation option, so the best part was that they agreed to cancel for free, since they knew they’d made a mistake.

Nobody was at reception, including when the stained sheets and towels were replaced. We needed a form confirming our hotel stay to cross the border, but no one told us about it at checkout, because nobody was there.

We had trouble getting the registration document needed to travel from Belgrade to Bosnia. Apparently, only the hotel can provide it, but there was no one at reception. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place.
