Communication with the host was quick, professional, and helpful from start to finish, making everything smooth and pleasant. Marcel Apartments are well located for exploring Belgrade, and everything was clean, tidy, and well maintained, so the stay was comfortable. Highly recommended!

The building is old, but the apartment itself is nice. They approved a 14:00 check-in even though the listed time was 15:00, but I still had to wait until 15:15 to get inside, then another 40 minutes to pay the staff for my stay. There was no shampoo or soap, just towels and one roll of toilet paper. The hot tub and sheets were clean, and that was about it.

The apartment looked just like the listing, and the directions from the owner’s message brought us right to the building. Google Maps sent us to the wrong spot when we entered the address ourselves, so follow the owner’s directions. We were four family members and had a great stay. The building is old, but that wasn’t an issue for us.

The host was so kind and helped us find our way around the city. We spent five days in this lovely apartment and had an amazing time. I’d recommend it!

The older building and its elevator weren’t my favorite part. Still, we had a nice stay, and the apartment itself was clean and pleasant.
