The location is exceptional, but the apartment is right beside University classrooms, so it's very loud all the time.

I regret booking this place. The owner was rude, distant, and didn't seem to care. When I asked for the empty shampoo to be replaced, nothing was done for two days. Then I was told to wash with hand soap. On the third day, a soap-like liquid had been put in a shampoo bottle with a broken cap. The fridge in the room was very loud, and when I reported that the internet kept cutting out, the owner didn't respond. There are plenty of other options. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

The location is a real plus. The host sends directions to the room over WhatsApp and only comes by to collect payment. The linens were quite worn and dirty. We visited in winter, and the air conditioning alone didn't heat the room enough. There was an extra heater, which helped somewhat. Still, the location makes it a good place to stay.

The room and bathroom were spotless, and the kitchen had all the utensils, pots, pans, kettle, coffee, and fridge we needed. The TV had YouTube, Netflix, and more. It was a ground-floor 1+0 studio, and we got the two single beds we asked for. The floors were carpeted. The location is magnificent, with everything within walking distance and even the farthest point only 1.1 km away. The landlord explained the key pickup on WhatsApp, and the key was in a safe inside the building. It was cold when we visited. The air conditioning wasn't quite enough for heating, but the electric radiator did the job. Don't take the electrical card when you leave. Leave the radiator on and lock the door, and the room will be like a sauna when you get back. Keep the bathroom door open to warm it up too. The bathroom's Ihlas-style electric water heater worked well and gave us plenty of hot water. There's no screen on the bathroom window, so don't leave it open.

The room was new and clean, and we found the central location very convenient for our three-night stay. We had to use the same towels the whole time since they weren't cleaned, and the room got freezing at night because the heaters were switched off completely. Luckily, there was an electric heater in the cupboard behind the bed, which let us warm up and sleep. Despite those two problems, we had a positive stay.
