The rooms are quiet, comfortable, and spotless, and the staff are professional and very polite. They add plenty of thoughtful touches that help make it feel like a five-star stay. In Dorćol, Prezident Palace Belgrade is close enough to walk to the old city center and the main sights. The decor is full of rich details and makes quite an impression, though I can see it not being everyone's taste. Prices can be high, and it sometimes feels more suited to a special occasion than a casual trip. It won't fit every budget, but if you like this glamorous boutique style, it's worth considering.

The hotel is clean, and breakfast has plenty of variety. What really stands out is the service: the staff work hard to make sure guests have an enjoyable stay. Highly recommended.

We couldn't feel at ease at Hotel Prezident Palace in Belgrade after another guest made offensive remarks. Their behavior left us uncomfortable, and we wouldn't have chosen to stay there for that reason.

The reception staff were so helpful and kind. When my phone died and I needed a taxi urgently, I stopped by to ask for help. They called one right away and even recognized me from a previous visit, which was a really nice surprise. My sister stayed at the hotel during her trip to Belgrade, and we were both taken with the interior. It has the feel of a royal palace, with high ceilings, gold details, chandeliers, and ornate furniture. The rooftop pool is another highlight, with a great view across the city and a nice place to unwind. Republic Square is about a 15-minute walk away along picturesque Francuska Street.

I spent my birthday here and had a lovely stay. Everyone was friendly, and Izack was especially helpful with my heavy bags. At dinner, Emir looked after me so attentively. Their customer service was top tier.
