I’d give it zero stars if that were possible. The apartment we got wasn’t the one we’d booked, and it wasn’t suitable for three adults. The owner didn’t meet us. Someone apparently doing him a favour was there instead, and our complaints that this was the wrong place went nowhere. After that, the problems kept coming: sewage stench from the bathroom, a separate toilet so tiny that anyone taller than a midget would have to wrap their legs around their neck to close the door, and too few bedroom outlets, with none by the bed. The bedside lamp seemed to be there for decoration, since its plug was 2 km away. The sofa bed was far too uncomfortable for a proper night’s sleep, its bottom sheet was much too small, and the towels were questionable. Only one person could shower because the drain was completely blocked and no water drained away. And the parking, which costs €10 per day, isn’t a parking spot at all. It’s literally the entrance to a building, as shown in the photo. The yellow "x" marks the spot.

The location is the only positive thing I can say about this so-called apartment. We booked and paid for one place, then were assigned a completely different apartment at a different address. The smell, equipment, bed linen, toilet, everything else was absolutely not worth discussing. I’d be embarrassed to advertise and rent a place like this myself. Avoid it like the plague!

The apartment was comfortable and clean, and the hospitality was great. I’d happily return. See you again!!!

I’d give this zero if I could. They canceled our accommodation with the incoherent excuse that a neighbor was renovating the bathroom, so there was no water in the building. Ridiculous. Even Burundi doesn’t have this kind of thing! They won’t accept guests because of 15.03.
