The rooms looked lovely, and the receptionists knew some English. My only trouble was with the access key. One evening, a random person walked into my room. It's a nice place to go with friends, with lots to do nearby, and the bus is close and free.

I love how large and clean the rooms are, and it's easy to get into town from here. For me, this is the best place to stay in Belgrade.

I never felt safe here. The receptionist was poor at welcoming guests, spoke in a gloomy, snappy way, and was always issuing orders and making threats instead of saying please. When they made mistakes, they never apologized, and could even go as far as kicking you out. I'm sure the comments praising this place are written by social media experts for promotion. If you want to feel uneasy, like you're in prison, and pay a fortune for it, stay here.

The apartment was clean, and the staff were friendly. I had a really nice stay and would recommend it without hesitation.

The apartment was very nice and the beds were comfortable. I was less happy with the service. There are snack vending machines by reception, but all five drinks we tried to buy got stuck inside. We reported it, and reception said the machines weren't their responsibility and they couldn't help. It feels unprofessional to provide a paid service and then deny any responsibility when it doesn't work.
