Breakfast was one of the best I’ve had, and the staff made us feel welcome. The hotel is right in the city center, with private parking that’s a real plus. The rooms are lovely, and the old-fashioned furniture gives the place a lot of charm.

Dogs are welcome, and the receptionists had a good attitude. But this isn’t a villa, and everything feels quite old. Breakfast is served about 150 meters away in a bar, where smoking is allowed. The choice there is modest, and the waiter was nasty.

8/10
The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the free parking was very handy right in the city center. The location is very good and it’s good value for money, though I could hear noise from the corridor. Breakfast was very poor.

They arranged whatever we asked for, from a guided tour of Novi Sad and the surrounding area to suggesting a suitable hairdresser. The service felt excellent and personal, and we even found Easter chocolates waiting in our room.

We felt right at home here. The place was clean, spacious, and well equipped, the staff were generous, and there was a fun atmosphere.
