We stayed for 7 nights in March 2025. The host replied quickly, the location was great, and the living room had a fantastic view. But the apartment has wear and isn't well maintained, definitely not luxury. Two of the four dining chairs were crooked and unusable. The shower needs work, with a very poor shower head and sprayer, plus mold on the tiles along the wall, floor, and glass. The refrigerator freezer couldn't be used. We also had a late-night visitor in the hallway, a big cockroach, and a strong sewer gas smell from under the kitchen sink cabinet.

We were really happy with our five-day stay. The host was helpful and quick to answer any questions. The location is amazing too, with most of the main city-trip sights within walking distance. We'd definitely recommend staying here.

This place feels modern, unlike many nearby homes that are old inside and out and have windows with no view. Here, every window has a really good view. The house was clean and had everything we needed, plus more. The host was nice 👌

Parking was a big hassle, though I think that's just how it is in Belgrade. Inside, I was impressed by the clean white sheets and towels, and the apartment was the cleanest I've stayed in across the Balkans. It also had all the amenities, including an iron, washing machine, and dishwasher.

There's a view of the river from the living room window, and the apartment is right in the centre. It's very clean and has everything you might need. It works well for a group of 5-6, with separate air conditioning in every room and the living room, plus even a table football table. The owner, Viktor, was the most helpful part for us, very attentive and hospitable. He replied right away and helped with whatever we needed.
