Getting around was easy, with bus and tram stops right outside, and walking to Kneza Mihaila Street was no problem. I also liked that the hotel wasn't in the center, since I prefer a quieter spot away from bars and restaurants. Public transport in Belgrade is free. I stayed with seven female friends. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and our room was big enough for two. Breakfast was excellent, with eggs, sausage, fruit, ham, nuts, Nutella, croissants, pastries, and more. I'd definitely stay here again if I visit Belgrade.

The bathroom fixtures were broken and felt unsafe, and there was a sewer smell throughout the room. We left after the first night, but the hotel wouldn't refund even the second night. Finding the property was a struggle. It's tucked between buildings and took ages to locate, and there are no ramps, so we had to drag our luggage up the stairs. This doesn't feel like a four-star hotel. It felt like a fraud.

The white design concept is a brilliant idea, and we liked the hotel a lot. The room was okay, breakfast was nice, and the staff were kind. You have to go through a sort of corridor to get there. I shared photos of the entrance. Kalemegdan and other places to see are walkable or easy to reach by transport.

Breakfast ran out quickly and they didn't refill it. The rooms were ugly and uncomfortable, with inadequate sheets, and not all the staff spoke English. Too expensive for what they offer. Nope.

The restaurant and service were perfect. It's one of the most beautiful hotels in Belgrade, a hidden gem right in the heart of the city. I'd warmly recommend it.
