A complete zero for the rude woman. The way she spoke to guests was unbelievably uncultured, like something from a lowbrow reality show, and showed no respect at all. The listing offers space for three adults, but there’s only one bed and a sofa. She then asks for extra money for a third bed as if this were the Hilton, when it’s an apartment in Čačak with second-hand furniture. I know some people can be rude, but this went way too far.
