A terrible experience. After checking in, we couldn't get hold of anyone at reception. When we finally reached them 5 hours later, they didn't fix the problem and just said we could leave the hotel if we wanted to.

The customer service was really awful. I wouldn't recommend it.

The apartment has a nice atmosphere, the bed is great, and it's close to the center. The staff are top notch. Highly recommended! 🤩
