If you're mainly coming for the spa, keep your expectations in check. This rating is more about the spa experience than the hotel itself. The hotel is peculiar. It seems either newly built or fully renovated, yet the layout is confusing. The main entrance is across the parking lot from where you arrive, while the spa is in a separate building next door. Inside, signs ask guests not to walk around in swimsuits, even though the spa has no proper changing rooms. We followed the big “Entrance” sign after parking, but the door was locked. As we tried to work out where to go, a spa employee came outside and gave us directions. We eventually went in through the restaurant, after an uphill walk of about 100 meters, then crossed the restaurant to get to reception. Check-in was easy. Our room had two separate beds instead of one, but the staff fixed that quickly and moved us to a second-floor room to reduce the noise from a private party with music in the restaurant that evening. We appreciated how professionally they handled it. The room was excellent, new-feeling, clean, and well maintained. It had a balcony, safe, TV, and mini fridge, with drinks available for around 250 RSD. The mattress was comfortable, and the room exceeded our expectations. The shower was less convenient: there was no holder to mount the shower head higher and no rain shower, so you have to hold the shower head the whole time. Breakfast was included and quite good, with a wide and varied selection. We were following a specific regime and couldn't try everything. Fresh whole fruit was available too, which was a nice touch. Spa access comes with the hotel stay, but booking ahead is strongly recommended. We reserved in advance, and it turned out to be necessary. Even so, this was one of the worst spa experiences we've had. The spa is in a separate building, so in winter you have to go outside to reach it. Your time is limited to 2 hours, which isn't enough to rest and enjoy it. A 2.5h or 3h slot would make more sense. The spa is small, and we still had to wait for some facilities despite having reservations. The salt room fits only three people. There's a steam room for six, two decent saunas, and a small pool with pleasantly warm water. There isn't a proper changing room, just a curtained area, which is unacceptable for a spa. About half the showers weren't working, and there were no hooks nearby for hanging personal items. The showers are in an open area, so there's no privacy when showering before you leave. Staff were friendly and helpful, but they didn't check the spa regularly. The steam room was out of order for an hour before we reported it. A woman in boots was in the spa, and later a man in outdoor sneakers was there too, which is completely unacceptable. We also booked massages, and the massage itself was good. It started about five minutes late and finished a few minutes early, though, despite being booked for a full hour. The prices charged didn't match the displayed prices either. We paid 500 extra for sport masaage than shown on the price list, which was disappointing and unprofessional. Free parking is available. The hotel seems to host music nights often, which could be fun if you want evening entertainment.
