The suite is great and the location is excellent. Very clean, and everything works as it should.

Very clean apartment, with easy access and secure parking. It’s near restaurants, a shopping center, an aqua park and Potok park. Excellent place, highly recommended.

The location is great, close to the aquapark, zoo, shopping mall and wax museum. But I wouldn’t recommend apartment no. 4, which we booked. The inside door lock doesn’t work, and the host didn’t answer our calls or messages about fixing it. The booking listed check-out as 00:00-00:00h, which wasn’t right; when we arrived, we were told we had to leave by 10am. The hot tub didn’t work and water leaked out from underneath it. Hygiene wasn’t satisfactory: there were cobwebs and mold, tattered towels, holes in the sheets, a used dishcloth, an old, ragged dish sponge and leftover dishwashing liquid from previous guests.

Terrible place to stay, dirty and full of mold. The jacuzzi water never gets changed.

Very unprofessional. I booked an apartment on the first floor but was given one on the ground floor, the cheaper one, and it wasn’t ready or cleaned when I arrived. I was supposed to move in at 11am and got to the apartment at 11:30am. Horrible, never again!
