The room was just okay, but the bathroom had a strange smell. The hairdryer caught fire, and when we asked about the air-conditioning remote, they didn't know where it was and made no effort to look for it. The WiFi was so slow it was unusable. We were there for a wedding, and the food was a letdown, especially the raw chicken. Later in the evening, we had to hunt around for a waiter just to get water. This place could be nice, but it needs some investment and updating.

I spent Serbian New Year here with a group of friends. The service was great and the food was fabulous, but it was far too crowded. They seemed to be trying to fit in as many people as possible to make more money. The wine was horrible.

The spa costs $10 per person per day and closes at 9pm. We skipped the included breakfast because there were so many flies in our room and around the hotel, apparently from a nearby cattle(?) farm. I usually don't write reviews, but this place was bad enough to make me do it. The bed and A/C were broken, the furniture was old, and the TV looked like it was from the 1990s. It's also in the middle of nowhere. If you need a stop and don't want to sleep in your car, it's barely better. At $55 a night, this was one of the worst "hotels" I've stayed in. You might get through the night, and hopefully the A/C in your room works, but don't expect much from this "Lux" hotel.

They charged me twice and didn't refund the money. There was no reception and no communication, and they don't speak English or any language besides Serbian. Avoid this place.
