We really liked the cozy, relaxing spa, and the shuttle to and from the slopes was very handy. The man who drove it and worked in the spa was especially kind and helpful. The room itself was a letdown for the price. We were told the room we had paid for had been given to someone else, and promised a better option at the same price, but that never happened. Since we’d already paid, we couldn’t change anything. The front door wouldn’t close properly, the sink shelf leaked, and the bathroom wasn’t as clean as we expected. Trash wasn’t taken out for three days, either. The restaurant was closed, with no easy walking distance dining options nearby. Parking was limited if you wanted to take the car out, and breakfast didn’t start until 8:30, which may be awkward if you ski early.

We came with friends for a relaxing spa visit after skiing, but the experience was uncomfortable. There was nobody at reception for 20 minutes, the jacuzzi seemed to have its own ecosystem, and two of the three saunas weren’t working. The spa staff were particularly rude and unhelpful, and seemed to treat internal guests much better. They don’t take card payments, and we were rudely told to leave areas that weren’t marked as off limits. The changing rooms were a joke, with dirty floors, a curtain covering the men’s section, and slippery floors throughout.

The friendly staff really stood out, and there’s always free parking, which is a big deal in Kopaonik. The rooms were warm and clean, and I thought the spa was excellent too. It’s a few minutes from the center. I was pleasantly surprised and had a great stay. I’d definitely recommend it and come back 😊

There are only a few parking spaces. It used to be a great hotel, but it isn’t anymore. The room we got wasn’t the one we had booked. We were eventually given the booked room, but it was cold, so several heaters were turned on afterward because the central heating wasn’t working. The receptionist only turned on the heating just before our arrival. There was opened milk in the fridge, the extractor hood light didn’t work, and the toilet wasn’t clean. Plaster had also fallen off in the pool.
