The main problem was the noise from housekeeping in the corridors every morning. They didn't seem to consider that guests might still be asleep, and it disturbed our rest. Otherwise, the room was clean, the location was convenient, and the services were generally fine. With quieter mornings, it would have been a much better stay.

The room wasn't ready when we arrived, and when we left there was no proper staff member available, just a parking attendant who didn't speak English, so communication was impossible. The bigger problem was how payment was handled. Our Booking.com reservation clearly said online payment, and we'd already entered our card details as required. We fully intended to pay, but the property hadn't processed the payment. After we left, they called us directly and asked for the card's three-digit CVV over the phone, which felt unacceptable and raised serious security concerns. We asked them to contact Booking.com, since that's where we made the reservation and the platform was acting as the protected intermediary. Instead, they kept pressuring us directly and threatened to call the police, even though we'd followed the instructions and acted in good faith. We contacted Booking.com ourselves, and they confirmed the booking was set for online payment, not payment at the property. It was a stressful, badly managed experience, with poor communication and a serious lack of professionalism. I'd urge future guests to be cautious.

The spa was clean and really pleasant, with friendly, helpful staff and everything working well. Since we booked a package, access was included. Breakfast had a great range of food and drinks, and the staff were friendly, though on our last morning I found ham in the scrambled eggs. The waiter confirmed it, but the dish wasn't labeled as containing meat. We stayed four days in an apartment. It was spacious, very clean, nicely heated, and had a lovely mountain view. Housekeeping was great. The kitchen had no pots, pans, or other cooking gear. When I asked around 10 p.m., reception said nothing was available until morning. The next day we were told they don't provide those items because the kitchen isn't meant for cooking dinner and they prefer guests to eat at the restaurant. Turning on the oven also cut all the power in the apartment. The restaurant menu was small but tasty. A tall, dark-haired waiter was especially kind and made dinner there lovely. The ski bus was dependable and on time, though the timetable in the room wasn't accurate. The night reception staff were unfriendly, while the day staff were helpful. It's a nice place in a great location, with a few things to keep in mind.

The spa was nice, and the bus to the ski centre was convenient. The spa can get crowded, so timing your visit matters. The restaurant staff member was a highlight, his humour and excellent service made the stay worthwhile. The rooms are great, but although the kitchen looks like a full apartment kitchen, it has no utensils. The oven also trips the electricity. The night receptionist was openly rude and kept looking at her phone without paying attention to guests.
