The owner made the stay especially good. He was hands on and very proactive, and when we reported a small issue with the stove, he fixed it *immediately*. The place was clearly very clean, and he was happy to show us around and drive us to the slopes. He picked us up after skiing, usually with no more than 15 minutes' notice, and arranged free space near the slopes for our ski gear. The transport cost was explained clearly: 10 EUR each way to most places within reason. For a group, that's a great deal compared with the bus, which is close to 4 EUR per person. If you're travelling without a car, though, budget for the transport. As of Feb 2024, the round trip came to 20EUR a day. I found that worthwhile and cheaper than any other option on the mountain that I know of. I saw two complaints about transport here, but based on our experience, I can confidently refute them. Great stay. If we come back to Kopaonik, we'll actively look to book here again.
