We keep coming back as a family during Arsenal Fest and usually stay a little longer each time. The prices are very reasonable, even during the festival, and they don't hike them up. The location is perfect, and the rooms are spacious, comfortable, clean, and nicely equipped. Breakfast has excellent coffee and the best of Serbian deli. The people make the place especially welcoming. Every staff member we met was kind and helpful, and made us feel at home. When a small problem happened because of our own mistake, they handled it with far more care than you'd expect from ordinary business service. Irena in particular went out of her way to look after guests and deserves to be called the best manager. More leaders should have values like hers. With hospitality like that and such good facilities, it works well for a stay for business or pleasure.

The staff were helpful and very pleasant, and breakfast was great. We spent three wonderful nights at Rubicon hotel in Kragujevac. It's very close to the city center, and the rooms are spacious, spotless, and tastefully furnished. Highly recommend!

I was surprised and delighted by the Rubicon throughout my stay. The staff were friendly, helpful, and wonderful. My room was spotless, quiet, and well furnished, with a comfortable bed and crisp, clean sheets that made for a good night's sleep.

The room was spotless, and the pillow and mattress were really comfortable. The staff were polite and went out of their way to make the stay feel just right. Breakfast was excellent given the recent restrictions. We had a top-notch stay, and I’d recommend it.

The staff were very nice, and breakfast is served buffet-style. My junior suite was really spacious and pleasant, with a small kitchenette that had everything needed. The hotel itself looks very nice. I definitely recommend it.
