We stayed here for a few days. The apartments were clean and new, with everything we needed, and the staff were friendly and kind. Restaurants and grocery stores are just across the way, and the bus stop for Kopaonik is only a few meters away. I highly recommend it.

The parking situation is terrible. There are spaces for about 15 cars, and once those are full, cars start blocking one another. After a whole year, there's been absolutely no progress on the parking building. The rooms on floor -3 have no underfloor heating, so your feet will freeze unless you bring slippers. We booked a hotel room, not a private apartment, yet the service was awful. The dishes were dirty when we arrived. Cleaning staff came just once during our stay, and we had to do all the cleaning ourselves for the rest of the time. The images on Booking are inaccurate. I booked one room but was given a completely different one. Check the actual room size carefully. They show a superior studio, so you might think that's what you've booked, but the room is only 20m². You can only imagine what kind of room you'll be put in when you arrive.

The staff were very professional and friendly, especially the women at reception. Their English was excellent, and they were happy to meet my needs. The rooms are new, clean, and comfortable in a beautiful hotel. Breakfast was delicious, though there weren't many options. The homemade tea was especially aromatic and refreshing before skiing in the morning. I understand the hotel is still under construction, so I hope to see more amenities in future: a spa, a more modern restaurant with a better breakfast, and more fresh fruit and vegetables, yoghurts, bread, and tea choices. A shuttle to the slopes and larger parking would be perfect too. All the best, and I hope to see you again!

The rooms are spacious and beautifully designed, and the whole hotel feels modern, stylish, and clean. Everyone was so kind. It's a new luxury resort that really understands hospitality and customer service. Though construction is still underway, it seems they're doing things right, and this could become a true gem on Kopaonik mountain. Keep up the good work!
