Panagiotis made our stay easy and stress free. He knew the area well and was genuinely keen to help. Whenever we had a question, he answered clearly and kindly, and his suggestions made the trip better. He also took time from the start to explain the hotel, rooms, food options, nearby chalets and facilities. That kind of personal attention and professionalism is rare. Our time in Kopaonik was outstanding, and we’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.
Panagiotis was friendly, really helpful and always around when we needed him. Villa Kruna was comfortable and had everything we needed. We had an excellent stay and would happily return. Highly recommended!
The people were especially kind, and the rooms were clean and lovely. I stayed for 2 days and was very happy with the pleasant surroundings.
The apartment was clean and tidy, with the equipment you’d need if you want to cook. It’s also well connected to the slopes. Panagiotis and Anna were polite, friendly and ready to answer our questions, and gave us all the information we needed during the stay. Recommend it 10/10.
The rooms are spacious enough, the place was clean and the bed was comfortable. Parking is 100m from the apartments. Panagiotis and Anna were on hand at every step and offered support throughout. We’ll visit them again. Highly recommended 👌
