The rooms are spacious, nicely equipped, and really warm. It’s a very clean, pleasant hotel. A few things could be better: there’s no locker for skis or a snowboard, smoking is still allowed in the restaurant, and the Wi-Fi is weak.

The restaurant and accommodation are nice, and the location works well. There are walking trails nearby, plus exciting routes through the forest for quads and ATVs.

We were told our table was ours until 19:30, but with two small children we were made to leave at 19:15. We hadn’t even finished half our drinks, and nobody offered us another table. While we were dressing the kids, they actually moved our chairs to rearrange the space for other guests. I’ve never experienced such rudeness and unprofessional behavior. This deserves a rating of 0.
