8/10
The pool and spa area is better than I expected, with 4 or 5 pools for adults and children, hot tubs, deck chairs and a caffe. The pool attendant was professional and helpful. I didn’t see much of the rest of the staff, and the guests were quiet and well mannered. The apartments are modern and pleasant, with plenty of appliances and kitchenware. Both the bed and the couch are comfortable enough to sleep on.

The apartment was clean and okay, but we had no water all day. We couldn’t wash our hands or take a shower.

The service is great and the location is convenient. Just watch out, it’s easy to get turned around in those hallways :)
