We stayed near reception with our two teenagers and baby. The apartment was clean and had what we needed for cooking and serving meals, plus hot water all the time, two TVs in every room and Wi-Fi. We also loved the terrace view. Breakfast was delicious at the beautiful restaurant in the neighboring building, and the staff were friendly and available throughout our stay. A Jolly Kop sits near the main road, surrounded by lovely nature. There’s a nice walk just a few minutes away, with mountain air and beautiful views. The mini van service to the mountain center was well organized: rides every 45 minutes in the morning until 11, then from 3 pm, with the last one at 6. The trip takes about 10 minutes, so with a bit of planning we didn’t really miss staying in the center. The one local shop is quite expensive, so I’d use the larger shops in the mountain center. It snowed while we were there and buried our car, but they cleared the path quickly and we had no trouble using it. The older kids went skiing. I’d recommend Jolly Kop for winter sports or summer walks.
