Noise from the neighboring rooms and elsewhere in the hotel made it impossible to sleep properly. You could even hear someone using the bathroom. Getting to the room was difficult and unsafe: there was no elevator, and the staircase was hard to manage even without luggage, let alone with a suitcase. My room was a complete disaster. It was extremely dirty, with dust that looked like it hadn't been wiped for a long time and stains all over the walls, bed, floor, and doors. The wardrobe was so warped it looked ready to collapse. The window was broken. The bathroom smelled terrible and had lots of mold, with no ventilation. The shower cabin was dirty, covered in mold and limescale, and still had hair left by previous guests. There were glass marks on the sink too, so it was clear the bathroom hadn't been cleaned.

The rooms aren't large, but they were comfortable, and I liked staying here a lot. Breakfast was great, with a chance to try some Serbian food if you haven't had it before.

The receptionist spoke English really well, and everyone was kind. The hotel was clean, pleasant, and very quiet, with plenty of parking and a good atmosphere. The food was absolutely great, especially the local dishes. Thanks so much for the service. There was a little mold on the bathroom ceiling. It wasn't much or disturbing, and these things happen. The great service and food made up for it.

The salads were very fresh, and the domestic bread and pie were tasty. Portions of meat were large, but the quality and taste were below average. We tried two different beef dishes. The staff were excellent, professional, and focused on service. It's probably the generous meat portions that bring people here, rather than the meat's quality or flavor.

The food was great, and this is a very nice Balkan restaurant. It was full when we stopped. Dogs are allowed outside. We stayed overnight in our camper in the parking area for free, and found water to fill it. I believe someone watches the parking lot at night. Highly recommend.
