We ended up here for two nights as a last resort after an unexpected therapy session, when we couldn't find anywhere else to stay. There's no way I'd call this a 4-star hotel. The cheaper option we were offered was a so-called “lux room” for €235 for two nights, with no meals. It had one double bed and a couch counted as a third bed. Both were extremely hard and uncomfortable, and the couch made loud spring noises whenever anyone sat or lay on it. The room felt outdated and disappointing. The kitchen drawers were empty, without even basic utensils or essentials. We assumed the drinks and chocolates in the mini-fridge were complimentary, then were charged for them at checkout. The air conditioner smelled awful, like something was rotting inside. There was no shower in the bathroom, just an old jacuzzi tub. For the price and the hotel's 4-star claim, everything felt neglected and old. This place needs major renovation and better management. You can find newly built, modern private apartments for a little more money, fully equipped and actually home-like. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

The value for the price was great. The food was excellent, the wellness area really nice, and the rooms were clean and big enough.

The staff were courteous, quick to respond, and very helpful, and parking was free. We liked the excellent location, food, and spa facilities, and the massage was really good for an affordable price. The room could use an update and be nicer and cleaner.

We had an amazing family vacation. The food was really nice, and the kids had a nice playroom.

Right in the center of the spa, this hotel provided great service. The food was delicious and had plenty of choices. Younger visitors can use the playroom, and there's also a pool in the spa area.
