The owners made us feel right at home and were very friendly. The pool area was clean and pleasant, and the area around it is nice for a walk. We arrived very late, but that was no problem. The host welcomed us with rakija and showed us to clean rooms. Breakfast is simple, but at 3 euros per person, you can’t expect a Michelin menu.

The hosts were incredibly friendly, and it felt like staying with close relatives. Our room was clean and comfortable, the garden was lovely, and there was parking for cars as well as a shared kitchen we could use. Vila Banjica is a great place to stay while visiting Pirot. Gradasnica is about 2 km from town, and it’s easy to get there by car. Thanks for such a great stay. A note for other travelers: mobile coverage in Gradasnica isn’t great, so choose your carrier carefully if you need data. MTS worked best for me.

The rooms are cozy and have everything you need, and the food is tasty, homemade fare. The hosts are kind and will do their best to meet any request. It’s a great place even for a longer stay, more than 30 days. I can only recommend Vila Banjica.

It’s a cheap option with okay rooms for a night or two, but the service was horrible. The host was odd and unfriendly, and decided to ask us to pay for the room at 23:00 in the evening on the second or third day of our stay.

Communication was good, and the hospitality was even beyond the level Serbia is already known for. Breakfast was included, and there were English speakers.
