I gave it two tries, and I know I won’t be going back for a third. It was dirty and smelled bad, yet the price was like somewhere luxurious. I’d steer clear and choose one of the many really nice places in Sokobanja instead.

The restaurant serves food and drinks, and you can even have drinks by the pool. I haven’t stayed in the rooms, so I can’t comment on that part. For a thermal bath, this is one of the better options in Soko Banja, with a good location and decent facilities. The price has risen a lot since my last visit two years ago: it’s now 25 euros for two adults, while children under 3 get in free. I had a good experience here.

The deluxe room was lovely and had all the amenities we needed. The pools and spa facilities were excellent, and both the restaurant food and service were very good. Reception were helpful too. My girlfriend and I would happily return, and I’d recommend the hotel.

The three pools are the same, so 1500 RSD per person for a night swim seems ridiculous. When I went two years ago it was 500 RSD for one person. We asked this year and were quoted 1500 per person.

It gets overcrowded, and cleanliness is poor, which should be a top priority for a place like this. Moving between pools means walking through the restaurant, past people in swimsuits and slippers while others are having snacks. Kids often run back and forth there too. The hotel layout hasn’t been thought through. One of the worst spa hotels I’ve visited, and I wouldn’t recommend it.
