Fruške Terme - Fruški Cvet

The apartment style rooms are comfortable and well looked after, with a good bed, shower, TV, AC, sofa, and the kitchen gear you need for cooking. Breakfast was tasty with a decent selection, and security in the building seemed good. It’s more of a room or apartment rental with basic services, so don’t expect the usual hotel service. The reception is closed after dark. To use Fruske terme spa, you have to drive there and pay for parking as well, which seems silly when spa access is included. I also wish there were clear written directions for the parking and car entrance to reception. We spent 20 minutes driving around because the entrance wasn’t marked clearly.

The hotel is modern, the amenities are good, and the people are kind. There’s a great area for bowling and billiards. Recommended!

We were looking forward to staying at this new facility, but check-in was disappointing right away. There were several visible water stains from leaks in the room and hallway, and we weren’t sure the room was clean. The AC didn’t work properly, even though staff told us it would be fixed. There’s also no reception staff in the evening, overnight, or early morning before 8 AM. If something comes up then, you have to call the other hotel. In the morning, a restaurant employee had to help us check out. It’s acceptable for one night, especially with access to the Movenpick facilities included, but it wasn’t the experience we expected.
