Hotel Tonanti

I couldn't adjust the room temperature, and the climate control kept making noise. The bedside master switch also cuts all the power, which made it hard to find my way around at night. At the buffet, only water is provided with the food, and the beverage policy is strict. It was a shame that the water passage between the indoor and outdoor pools was closed during my stay. There are good points too: the staff are friendly, the premises are clean and warm, the buffet food was delicious, and the wellness area was pleasant.

The spa center is very clean, has lots of amenities, and stays open for long hours. The restaurant food is diverse, delicious, and amazing! The staff are wonderful and very professional. Everything was perfect, highly recommend!

4+/5. The brunch is very nice, and the hotel is right in the heart of Vrnjačka Banja, a short walk from the promenade, parks, and main attractions. It's a great base for couples or families exploring the area. Hotel Tonanti is among the most modern and well-maintained hotels in Vrnjačka Banja and Serbia. Cleanliness is a real highlight: the rooms, shared spaces, and spa facilities were spotless. The facilities are impressive, with multiple pools, a wellness zone, saunas, and an area for kids. But in peak season it gets crowded, especially around the children's pool, making it harder to relax. Our room had no terrace and felt a bit cramped for a family with two kids. More space or a balcony option would have made it more comfortable. The food was good, a solid 4/5, with a decent choice at breakfast and dinner. The buffet could use more variety and some more refined or creative dishes, especially at dinner. There was a coffee machine and mini bar in the room, but capsules and minibar items cost extra, something worth knowing in advance. It would be nice if that changed. Hotel Tonanti is a top-tier option for the area, and a few small improvements could make it truly exceptional.

We had a pleasant, relaxed stay and plan to visit again. The location is lovely, right in the town center near a lush park. The rooms were fine, though ours became extremely hot at night, around 25-26C, and we couldn't adjust the temperature. The spa and pools were very nice, with several facilities and different kinds of saunas. Sadly, the steam bath wasn't working while we were there. The pool and spa weren't crowded until around 2pm, then things got noisier. The outdoor mineral pool was a lovely experience, though it was crowded at times. The food was okay, and the restaurant felt a little cramped.
