Apartments TO Zlatibor

We paid 200 euros a night for five nights, but the room was small and had no balcony. Breakfast had a wide buffet selection, though the food quality was poor. Dinner wasn't included in our rate, even though other guests paying a similar amount had it included. We stayed only three nights and got no refund for the two nights we wanted to cancel. The hotel didn't feel like good value. Zlatibor mountain also seemed overrated to us, with little for couples to do. There's a lot of traffic and high-rise construction, so be ready for noise and air pollution. Restaurant prices are high, the food is average, and service isn't great.

The room was spotless, and the photos gave an accurate picture of the accommodation. Hygiene throughout Hotel Zlatibor was consistently excellent. The restaurant had a varied, delicious menu, and the spa was just as good. My partner had a massage and loved it. What really made the stay special was the hospitality. Reception, the waiters, and the Spa Magnesium team were all kind and attentive. Tamara at reception deserves a special mention for her outstanding service. Everything about the stay felt like a true five-star experience. I recommend it wholeheartedly.

The magnesium pools are relaxing, especially after spending the day in Zlatibor, and the spa has a peaceful feel. It currently seems like the best spa option in Zlatibor to me, and it's worth a visit. The space is large and modern, with a promising concept, though it seems to be their first spa and some details still feel unfinished. Nothing spoiled the visit, but it needs a bit more refinement and experience to reach its potential. With time and some fine-tuning, it could become much better.

The spa is so big and well equipped that we could spend all day there. There are several pools, saunas, jacuzzi areas, a full gym, bowling lanes, and spaces for children, including an indoor playground, playroom, and daycare-style area. It feels like a resort inside the resort. We've visited Hotel Zlatibor Mountain Resort & Spa several times over the last couple of months, usually for three to five days each time, and every stay has been great. The location is right in the heart of Zlatibor, and it feels like a complete package. Some rooms are expensive, but if it's within your budget, the value is there. The buffets were a highlight. Breakfast and dinner both had lots of variety, with Serbian specialties and international dishes, all fresh, tasty, nicely presented, and replenished regularly. The staff were professional, polite, kind, and ready to help with anything. There is also a large parking area with accessible spaces, an elegant lobby, a bar, cigar lounge, and wine area. You could spend days here without feeling you need to go out and explore Zlatibor. The elevators and layout can be confusing at first, especially after a drink or two, and the price may stretch some people's budgets. Still, we think it's worth it and will happily return.
