Kalman SPA&GYM

The spa was clean, and the apartment was elegant and cosy. It's close to the lake, shops, and restaurants. The staff were professional and helpful, and went out of their way to make the stay a good one. If you're bringing a pet, check ahead whether a pet-friendly apartment is available. Highly recommended.

In my opinion, the entry fee is too high for what the complex offers, and the pool is really cold.

The staff were the best part of our stay. Every interaction was a pleasure, and they were kind, efficient, competent, diligent, and great at sorting out problems. We came as a family with kids and grandparents and booked two rooms. We originally chose Kalman Gym&Spa for the gym and spa, but we'd choose it again because of the people. The apartments were clean, modern, and comfortable, with large bathrooms and a roomy fridge. The gym had new, well-kept equipment. The spa and pool weren't our favorite because they made our eyes itch for some reason, though the area was very clean and organized. Our kids didn't seem bothered. There is free parking outside and a paid underground garage. When nearby spaces were full, staff showed us where else to park. It's centrally located near building sites, which seem to be everywhere in Zlatibor. It was noisy in the mornings and evenings, but we still slept well. During our hot-weather stay, one room stayed pleasantly cool while the other was quite warm. Most apartments don't have AC, which I guess isn't needed in Zlatibor on 99% of days. We loved our time there and send our compliments to the wonderful staff.

Everything was as described. The apartment was spacious, really nice, and clean.
