Pascal, the marketing Manager, was the reason we came to visit, and we ended up staying. He did his best to keep us enjoying the hospitality there. The location, facilities, and surroundings can really win you over. Service wasn't especially quick, though that may happen at a motel with many guests. We can't wait to return and enjoy the warmth Boston Villa offers.

The motel is behind classic hotel, and the room was clean with a comfortable bed, mosquito net, and electric mosquito repellent. Breakfast was good, and the WiFi worked well. The welcome was warm, and the reception team handled things smoothly with real professionalism and attention to detail. The hotel is also up to a high standard for quality and cleanliness, though there was some noise from nearby bars. Rwanda 🇷🇼 (Kigali) has been amazing: friendly hospitality, security, cleanliness, beautiful landscapes, and a real sense of peace. I've had a fantastic time here. Mattew, Ethiopia 🇪🇹

I came from Nigeria to visit Kigali and booked a room at Boston Villa motel. It felt like a home away from home, with a cozy setting and a natural feel. I really enjoyed my stay. The rooms are lovely, the staff are friendly, and the manager Alcade is a good dude.

The service was really bad, with promises that weren't kept. They couldn't support an event, and the staff weren't helpful. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who needs customer service. 👎👎👎

The neighborhood is calm, safe, and clean, and the staff are friendly. WiFi and breakfast are included. The rooms don't have air conditioning, and a phone intercom in the rooms would be useful.
