Empire Guest House

I had a lovely stay and would come back. Empire Motel has clean, comfortable rooms, welcoming staff, and a peaceful location near the city center. There's fast Wi-Fi, free parking, a garden, and good service. Whether you're visiting for work, with family, as a couple, or by yourself, it has what you need for a relaxing stay in Kigali, Rwanda.

The school across the street can get a little noisy, though the kids are very nice. Apart from that, I had no problems. The shower was mostly cold, but the staff were extremely nice and helpful. For the price and location, it was perfect, and I really enjoyed my stay.

The room was clean, though there was no mosquito net, and the hotel has a nice little bar. We had a really nice stay. The host was super welcoming, and the location was good, not far from the Muslim area and lots of restaurants and bars.

My husband and I found a decent amount of money missing while we were away. The hotel manager ignores messages asking for camera footage. Don't stay here. The towels were dirty, nobody was at reception, and breakfast was late. Terrible people work here.
