Four Points by Sheraton Kigali

The staff helped turn travel delays and unexpected changes into a much more manageable stay. They stayed attentive, adapted readily, and made sure my needs were met, offering real support when it mattered. Laetitia, Diane, Queen, Valentine, Ines, and Mugisha made a real difference, and I’m sincerely grateful for their efforts. The team’s care and responsiveness stood out throughout, and every interaction felt warm, professional, and coordinated. Four Points by Sheraton Kigali showed the Marriott International brand at its best, turning a difficult travel situation into one that felt comfortable and reassuring. When plans are uncertain in Kigali, this is a place where the team shows up when it counts and delivers a consistent experience.

The breakfast buffet had plenty to choose from, and the food at both bars was good. Everyone was attentive, and the team made the stay feel special. Marcel looked after us during check-in, Danny was so kind at the downstairs bar, and Thimotime at the pool bar was amazing and full of personality. I hope I’ve spelled his name right. Our room was comfortable and had the usual amenities too.

What made our anniversary stay memorable was how thoughtful the staff were. The two Queens from guest relations checked in about our experience and made up our room beautifully for our tenth wedding anniversary. Marcel at reception was very kind, and Nathan even walked us to the pharmacy, which we won’t forget. Louise kept the room spotless and clearly cared about her work. Queen from the breakfast room and Antoinette greeted us with cheerful smiles each morning. The hotel itself was comfortable, with good amenities and dining, and the staff made us feel especially welcome. We had a wonderful stay and would be happy to return.

The cleanliness here is on the level I’ve seen at hotels in Japan or Seoul. Service was excellent too, with staff going out of their way to help with whatever I needed.
