The food tastes amazing, and both the staff and owner are courteous. The rooms are very clean as well. Food orders, especially in the morning, can take far too long, though. They also need fast, reliable WiFi in the rooms. The reception WiFi is the fastest there, while the room connection is slow and inconsistent.

Even in a busy city, the hotel felt peaceful, like a quiet oasis away from the noise and bustle. Being conveniently close to the airport made travel easy, and the price felt like a real bargain. I was pleasantly surprised by my stay and would highly recommend the place.

My experience there was really bad. I was sitting on a balcony of one of the rooms to work remotely, after the guests who had booked it offered me the seat. Then a group of people from Nigeria came over and rudely told me to move. No one came to explain what was happening. I could only hear them speaking to me from a distance, as if I wasn't also a guest there. I felt so offended and angry.

The trees made the setting cool and peaceful, especially on a sunny day, and the service was commendable. I dined at the hotel and tried their Igiti. Those were easily the best brochettes I've had in Kigali. I'd definitely recommend trying Igiti when you visit, and I wholeheartedly recommend the place.
